The clock is very rare and is complicated - featuring a temperature gauge, dual time zone, relativity counter and alarm. The clock is made from steel and brass and is solid and heavy; not at all flimsy. The dark blue dial is in mint condition and features applied hour markers and Patek Philippe signage. The lens is also in mint condition. The underneath of the base is felt lined. The clock swings in the stand.

The clock was produced by Patek as a limited edition and only made available for display use by leading Patek dealerships. It's value to a Patek collector is incalculable, since it has never been offered for retail sale. These clocks rarely appear on the open market as the few that were made are invariably kept by the owners of the Patek dealerships, or sold privately to collectors. If you see anyone regularly selling Patek showroom clocks, I would question their authenticity as no one person can have many of them; each model is rare for the aforementioned reason. I have been dealing for many years and have only retailed four up until now.

The clock measures 14.6cm (146mm) high x 14.2 (142mm) wide and has a quality quartz movement. It is made of brass and steel. On the back is the Patek Philippe hologram. The clock is in full working order with all functions working correctly.
