This is a beautiful Rolex ladies vintage watch - I have been collecting watches for over twenty years and I have never seen this amazing case design, which makes it incredibly rare. The photos have let the watch down so you can expect it to be far brighter, cleaner and generally more impressive in reality - come and view it if you can. Dating from the late 1950s, the watch is in excellent condition and is of course authentic. The watch features a solid 18ct gold case, original crown, a very clean dial and a high grade Rolex 17 jewel hand wound movement. The watch comes complete with a later genuine used Rolex alligator strap, original Rolex gold-plated buckle and original Rolex watch box. The watch will make an outstanding financial investment.

The solid 18ct gold case is a very rare and unusual design and is in excellent bright condition, with minor wear. The case measures 16mm wide, excluding the original unsigned crown x 23mm long, including the lugs. The case back closes correctly and the outside back is signed 'Modele depose', '609106' and the famous Rolex coronet emblem. The inside back is signed 'Rolex', 'Geneva Swiss', '29' and '4840' (the model reference number) and carries the appropriate Swiss hallmarks for solid 18ct gold.
The dial is in mint clean condition and is signed 'Rolex' and 'Swiss made'. The hour batons are all applied. The original hands are also in excellent condition, and the lens is very clear.
The Rolex hand-wound 17 jewel movement is excellent quality, as you would expect and in crisp, clean condition. It is signed 'Rolex Precision', 'Swiss' and 'Seventeen Rubis'. The movement has just been serviced by a master watchmaker and is in excellent working order.
This beautiful watch is on a later genuine Rolex alligator strap, that shows a little wear to the inside. Attached to the strap is the original Rolex gold-plated buckle. The watch comes complete with its original Rolex watch box.
