This is a magnificent piece of Art Deco jewellery (c1920s) - solid platinum and set with approximately 97 diamonds, weighing over 5 carats in total. The diamonds are high grade old cut diamonds. The centre diamond weighs approx 1.2 carats and the two next largest weigh 0.7 carats each. It weighs 12.2gms.
The piece used to be part of a bracelet and is versatile. You can have it made into a stunning pendant or brooch (I can help you with this), or as the piece is articulated you can make the centre panel into a ring, adding a shank, and the two side panels into earings. Again, I have a master jeweller who can help you with this. The piece measures 52mm long x 25mm wide. It is in excellent unrestored, original condition - far more sparkly than photographed - and is of course a unique piece of jewellery. I can have it professionally polished at the request of the buyer but we will only do this after the piece is paid for and will quote for this extra at cost.
