It is clear that it has rarely been worn in its lifetime. It features a high quality solid 18ct gold case, a clean golden dial and a high-grade Rolex 19 jewel hand-wound movement. The movement has just been cleaned and oiled by a professional watchmaker and is in very good working order. The watch comes on a quality leather strap, attached to which is a brand new genuine Rolex gold-plated buckle. It and comes complete with a new, quality presentation case for wrapping as the perfect gift. The solid 18ct gold case is in excellent condition, with minor wear and measures 22mm, excluding the original signed winding crown [signed with the famous Rolex coronet emblem] x 30mm long, including the lugs. The back closes tightly and the inside back is signed 'Montres Rolex SA', 'Geneva Switzerland', the '4014 2599' case reference numbers and carries the appropriate Swiss hallmarks for solid 18ct gold. The outside back of the case carries the Rolex coronet emblem and further 18ct gold Swiss hallmarks.

The original golden dial is in very clean condition and is signed 'Rolex', 'Geneve', 'Cellini' and 'Swiss'. The original blued steel hands are in excellent unbent condition, and the original lens is very clear.

The original hand-wound 19 jewel Rolex movement is in mint clean condition, and is signed 'Rolex' '19 Rubies', '1601' and 'Geneva Swiss'. The movement has just been cleaned and oiled by a professional watchmaker and is in very good working order.
