Dunhill gents’ Art Deco watch - c1930s

This is a rare gents' Dunhill Art Deco vintage watch from my private collection. Dating from the 1930s, during the Art Deco era, the watch is in good, bright condition for its age and features a solid steel case, gorgeous Art Deco dial and a quality Swiss 15 jewel movement. The movement has just been cleaned and oiled by a professional watchmaker and is in good working order for a watch of this age. The watch comes complete with a leather strap and a new watch box. It is small by today's standards so please check the case measurements below. Please note there is a small crack in the bottom right hand corner of the original lens.

The solid steel case is in good, bright condition for its age and measures 23mm wide, excluding the original winding crown x 39mm long, including the fixed bar lugs. The back of the case closes correctly with screws.
The beautiful Art Deco dial is in very clean condition and is signed 'Dunhill'. The original blued hands are in very good unbent condition, and the original lens is clear apart from one crack in the bottom right hand corner.

The original Swiss 15 jewel movement is in good bright, clean condition. The movement has just been cleaned and oiled by a professional watchmaker and is in very good working order for its age.

As mentioned, this lovely watch is on a quality leather strap. The watch comes complete with a watch box, for safekeeping and for easy wrapping as a gift to truly remember.
