It measures 44mm wide, excluding the original winding crown x 12.5mm thick x 52mm long, including the lugs. The case back features a glass observation window, through which the movement can be viewed.

The beautiful dial is in mint clean condition and is signed 'Vacheron & Constantin' and 'Geneve'. The original blued steel Breguet 'moon' hands are in mint, unbent condition, and the high quality glass lens is also mint.
