This is a fine example of an Omega military issue watch, dating from 1945 and in very good condition for a military watch of this age. The watch features a steel case, clean dial, original winding crown and an Omega hand-wound 17 jewel movement (Cal 30T2). We have added a new military strap and the watch comes complete with a new, quality watch box. A highly collectable military watch and a very good financial investment.

The steel case is in very good gleaming condition and measures 32.6mm wide, excluding the original winding crown x 33mm long, including the fixed bar lugs. The inside back is signed 'Omega', 'fab.suisse', 'Swiss made', ‘Fond acierinoxydable’ and '2292'. The outside back is signed '9195', ‘H.S’ and ‘8’ with the military arrow.

The black military dial is in very good clean condition and features luminous Arabic numbers. It is signed ‘Omega’ and ‘Swiss made’. The original hands, including centre seconds hand, are in very good, unbent condition and the lens is very clear.

The hand-wound Omega 17 jewel movement (Cal 30T2) is signed is in very good condition and is signed 'Omega', 'Swiss', 17 jewels, '11255140', '30T2', SCPC. It has just been oiled by our watchmaker and is in very good working order for a watch of this age.

We have added a new military strap and the watch will be posted in a new, quality presentation case for safekeeping.
