Omega gents vintage watch - c1960s

This is a beautiful Omega gents vintage watch, dating from the early 1960s and in excellent all original condition - it really is a beauty. The watch features a bright clean dial, gleaming gold top/steel back case, date feature and an excellent, crisp near-mint hand-wound 17 jewel movement [Cal 610]. The watch comes complete with a new, high quality leather strap and a new, quality presentation case.

The gold top/steel back case is in excellent, clean condition for its age and measures 34mm wide, excluding the original signed Omega winding crown x 39mm long, including the lugs. The case closes correctly and firmly and the inside is signed 'Omega Watch Co', 'Fab Suisse Swiss Made', 'Carrure - Lunette', 'Plaque 20 microns', 'Fond acier inoxydable' and the '132.015' reference number.

The beautiful original dial is in excellent, bright clean condition and features a date function. It is signed 'Omega' and 'Swiss made'. The original hands are in excellent, unbent condition, and the lens is very clear.

The hand-wound Omega 17 jewel movement is in near mint condition, with no significant wear, and is excellent quality, as you would expect from Omega. The movement is signed 'Omega Watch Co', 'Seventeen 17 Jewels', 'Suisse', '610' and the '21539773' movement reference number. The movement has just been serviced by a master watchmaker and is in very good working order.
