Rolex Oyster Speedking steel ladies watch - c1969

This is a simply stunning Rolex Oyster Speedking, in steel [Model 6430 / Serial 2436194]. It was originally made as a gents watch but is small by today's standards so it will suit a lady who prefers a larger watch, complete with a beautiful Hirsch pink strap that sets it off perfectly. I can put the watch on a gents black or brown strap if you prefer. Dating from 1969, the watch is in excellent all original condition, with extremely minor wear and is of course authentic. The watch comes from my personal collection and features a stainless steel case, original Rolex signed crown, original Rolex hand-wound 17 jewel movement [Cal 1225] and a beautiful mint original and unrestored silvered dial. The watch comes complete with a new, high quality Hirsch pink strap, attached to which is a genuine Rolex steel buckle. It will be sent in a new, quality presentation box and will make someone very happy at Christmas.

My asking price is already fair for a watch that will only rise further in value. Such is the high quality of the watch, I will include a six month written guarantee on the movement, which is long enough for you to assess it. I also include a professional insurance valuation, in excess of my asking price. Also, I offer a full refund if you are not entirely happy, as long as the watch is returned within seven days if UK customer, fourteen days if overseas, in the same condition. The solid steel Oyster case is in excellent clean condition, with very minor wear, and measures 30.5mm wide, excluding the original screw-down crown [signed with the famous Rolex crown emblem] x 36mm long, including the lugs. The case back screws correctly closed and the inside is correctly signed ‘Montres Rolex SA', ‘Geneva Switzerland’, ‘Patented’, ‘Stainless steel’ and ‘6430’ [the reference number]. The case carries the model and reference numbers between the lugs and they are clearly visible.

The lovely original, unrestored silvered dial is in mint clean condition, with no ageing. Any marks in the photos are light reflections. It is signed 'Rolex’, ‘Oyster Speedking’, ‘Precision’ and ‘Swiss’. The original hands, including centre seconds hand, are also in mint condition, and the original Rolex lens is perfectly clear.

The Rolex hand-wound 17 jewel movement [Cal 1225] is excellent quality, as you would expect and in crisp, clean condition. It is signed ‘Montres Rolex SA’, ‘Geneva’, ‘Seventeen jewels’, ‘RB’ and ‘1225’. The movement has just been serviced by a master watchmaker and is in perfect working order, keeping good time.

This beautiful watch is on a new, high quality Hirsch pink strap that looks fantastic. Attached is a new, genuine Rolex steel buckle. The watch comes complete with a new, quality non-Rolex presentation box for wrapping as the perfect gift.
