This is a beautiful, rare Patek Philippe ladies vintage watch [Ref 2616554 / Model 3266], dating from around 1960 and in simply excellent all-original condition. It comes from a private collection and has clearly been carefully looked after. All parts of the watch are original to each other and the watch is of course authentic. The watch features a gleaming solid 18ct gold case with solid 18ct gold integral bracelet, original diamond set bezel [18 quality diamonds], excellent, crisp hand-wound Patek Philippe 20 jewel movement and a beautiful original dial.

My asking price is well below value, given the continual rise in value of vintage Patek Philippe watches of this quality and condition. The insurance valuation would be around £10,000. Such is the high quality of the watch, I will include a six month written guarantee on the movement, which is long enough for you to assess the running order. I also include a professional insurance valuation, in excess of my asking price. Also, I offer a full refund if you are not entirely happy, as long as the watch is returned within seven days if UK customer, fourteen days if overseas, in the same condition. The solid 18ct gold case is in excellent, bright gleaming condition for its age, with no significant wear. The case still retains its original factory polish, so no nasty polishing. It features an original diamond bezel, set with 18 genuine high grade diamonds. The case measures 15.5mm wide, excluding the original signed winding crown [signed with the famous Patek Philippe emblem]. The case back closes perfectly and firmly and the edges of the top and bottom are in good condition, showing that the case has always been opened with care. The inside is correctly signed ‘Patek Philippe', ‘Geneve Swiss’, the ‘3266/29’ model number and the ‘2616554’ reference number. The inside case also carries the appropriate Swiss hallmarks for 18ct gold.

The beautiful dial is original, with no restoration and is in excellent clean condition. It features enamelled Patek signature, solid 18ct gold hour batons and is signed 'Patek Philippe’ and ‘Geneve’. The original solid 18ct gold hands are in excellent, unbent condition, and the original lens is perfectly clear.

The hand-wound Patek Philippe 20 jewel movement is in excellent, crisp condition. It is superb quality, as you would expect, centre jewelled and featuring Geneva stripes and carrying the Geneva seal of excellence. It is signed ‘Patek Philippe & Co’, ‘Twenty 20 Jewels’, ‘Adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism & five 5 positions’, ‘986845’ and ‘Geneve Swiss’. The movement has just been serviced by a master watchmaker and is in very good working order.

The watch has an original solid 18ct gold integral bracelet, which is in beautiful condition. It is signed for 18ct gold on both ends and also signed Patek Philippe, with the Patek Philippe emblem on the clasp. The watch/strap measures 184mm from tip to tip with two adjustments down to 174mm. The watch comes complete with a new, quality non-Patek watch case.
